These terms govern all transactions and interactions with our establishment, including the purchase of retail board games, participation in scheduled game nights, and engagement with our custom design studio.

By utilizing our storefront, commissioning design work, or attending our organized tabletop events, you agree to adhere to the guidelines and policies set forth in this document.

All physical board games, expansions, and related accessories sold in our shop are subject to availability. We ensure every original title crafted by our studio meets the highest quality standards before reaching the shelf.

If a game component is missing from an original Meeple Forge title, please notify our team within fourteen days of purchase to receive replacement parts. For third-party retail items, standard manufacturer warranties and return policies apply.

Our scheduled game nights are designed to foster a friendly, competitive, and inclusive tabletop community. Tickets purchased for events secure your seat at the table and are non-refundable unless a session is canceled directly by our coordination team.

Participants are expected to treat all shared studio prototypes, game library copies, and retail demo units with care. Respectful behavior toward fellow players and staff is strictly required at all times to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

When engaging our design studio for custom board game mechanics, prototyping, or comprehensive art direction, all project milestones, deliverables, and revision cycles will be outlined in a specific project agreement.

Intellectual property rights for commissioned creative work and prototype assets remain with the studio until final payment is received in full and formal transfer documents are executed by both parties.
